Client Satisfaction Coordinator

Established integrated marketing firm is seeking a charismatic and outgoing person who enjoys speaking with people about their experiences.  This role is a client satisfaction position, ensuring that the services provided met expectations.  

Your daily duties will consist of:

  1. Calling clients and taking them through a satisfaction survey
  2. Creating a report of your efforts and the feedback received

You must be passionate, organized and driven to succeed.  Excellent time management skills are required.

Full-time position (but part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply as well).

This position requires outstanding communication skills and a sincere desire to make sure our clients understand we care.
